A Territory Manager (sometimes known as a Territory Sales Manager) helps to increase the sales revenue of a medical devices product / products while maintaining customer relationships across a particular geographical location.

Graduate Medical Sales Territory Manager positions start out around £22k with the option of earning significant bonuses too. Many companies will offer a host of excellent benefits on top of this, including company cars or car allowances, laptops, pension, healthcare, significant holidays and much more.
The average salary for a Territory Manager then raises to around £38k, depending on location and experience.
How to get into the role of a Medical Devices Territory Manager:
Most companies will start you out in a Graduate Territory Manager position. This will help you break into the world of medical sales - so if you've got a life sciences degree (and ideally a bit of sales experience) this will be your starting point.
