The Company

• Our client is a global manufacturing company with a large Life Science UK Distribution Warehouse in Dorset that is seeking a new Warehouse Operations Manager 

The Role

This role:

• Leads and manages the safe and efficient operation and continual development of the company's' Life Science UK Distribution Warehouse
• Is responsible for the leadership of 60 staff members, while having strong knowledge on Health and Safety, and Quality.
• Is responsible for conducting staff training requirements, ensuring performance is aligned with customer expectations, tracking service performance KPI’s, and working globally with key internal colleagues on a global scale.

To apply for this role as Warehouse Manager our client is hoping for someone with the following skills and experience:

• Experience in a warehouse leadership role, excellent communication, and leadership skills.
• Demonstrate success implementation of process automation and digitalisation of manual processes
• Experience working in a global matrix organisation.
• Logistics / Distribution / Supply Chain qualification.
• IATA, IMO, ADR qualification.
• 6 Sigma belt
