Value Consultant - Leading Healthcare Consultancy 

Carrot Recruitment has partnered with a leading healthcare consultancy to recruit a Value Consultant to join their growing team. This company specialises in helping healthcare clients bring products to market by developing and communicating evidence that demonstrates product value and supports pricing, reimbursement, and market access decisions. Their focus areas include Payer > Reimbursement > Outcomes > Value > Evidence.

Location: Northwest or London

The role

As a Value Consultant, you will play a critical role in delivering solutions that inform value propositions and optimise market access for clients. Working closely with the Analyst team and senior leadership, your responsibilities will include:

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Developing and communicating healthcare value propositions.
• Leading literature reviews, payer research, and other relevant techniques to support evidence-based decisions.
• Managing project teams and mentoring Analysts to ensure the delivery of high-quality client deliverables.
• Contributing to business development by identifying new project opportunities and developing proposals.

You

• A background in life sciences, health economics, or public health (with a relevant postgraduate qualification preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in market access, health economics, or healthcare policy.
• Expertise in healthcare value demonstration, including payer research and literature reviews.
• Strong leadership, communication, and business development skills, with a strategic mindset.
• A passion for improving patient outcomes through data-driven healthcare solutions.
