Territory Account Manager, Central – Global Medical Device Contract Manufacturer

The Role
- Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with assigned OEM customers, and identify new sales opportunities across the medical device industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to enhance customer experience and ensure the timely delivery of solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all account management matters, addressing customer needs and meeting objectives.
- Monitor and report on key account metrics, communicating progress on monthly and quarterly initiatives to both internal and external stakeholders.
- You’ll work remotely but can expect regular travel to the strategic sites, meet with customers and industry events.
You
- 5+ years sales experience in the medical device manufacturing industry. Ideally as an account manager or similar role.
- Adept at engaging and influencing key stakeholders at every level, including C-suite executives.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects.
- Have excellent organisational, communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Sales or a relevant field.
