Staff Engineer, R&D – Dublin, Ireland – Global, Leading Medical Device Company – Up to €80k Salary +

The Company

The Role

• A customer facing, technical leadership role which requires lots of hands on work. You will be responsible for:
• Leading the Development, Design, Verification and Validation of the products (medical devices) to support R&D.
• Representing company as a key technical advisor on B2B product Development projects.
• Translate customer and business requirements into plan & scalable design.
• Solve complex problems.
• Work closely with functional teams to identify and solve technical problems.
• Work within R&D team – to design and develop and verify subsystems and systems.
• Mentor and motivate team members and junior colleagues.
• Delivery of new drug delivery solutions on cross-functional project.

You

• BSc or BEng Qualified
• 5+ Years’ Experience – Medical Device (preferred wearable infusion pumps + injection devices).
• Proven track record of executing complex systems.
• Confident & Proficient with modern CAE, CAD, design tools.
