Social Media Executive – Global Healthcare Communications Agency – Central London - Hybrid – Great benefits package

This full-service healthcare communications agency is seeking a Social Media Executive to join their creative, driven and successful healthcare team. This is a pinnacle role that will add to the continued success and development of the social media offer.

The Role

  • Working with existing healthcare clients across a variety of therapy areas.
  • You will be devising and running campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Have a good understanding of the strategic planning, creative strategy, content development, paid promotion and measurement and evaluation.
  • Reporting to the Senior Social Media Director daily and for career development.
  • Working closely with the account team and creative studio to deliver outstanding work.
  • Creating and developing a range of social media content including video and animations.
  • There are also a number of optional initiatives within the agency including culture, social and inclusive team which have been created to champion diversity.

You

  • Must be experienced in working within an agency with clients on social media, this includes strategic planning, paid support, influencer identification, social listening and creative development.
  • Used to applying brand social guidelines to the development of created assets that are new.
  • An expert in social media execution, including creating content plans, and building and monitoring paid content.
  • Expert knowledge of key social and digital platforms.
  • Effective in managing multiple teams.
  • Be commercially aware.
