The Role

As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you will play a key role in designing and optimising the company’s Salesforce platform to enhance business processes. Working closely with stakeholders and technical teams, you will ensure seamless system integration, scalability, and efficiency to support long-term growth. This is an exciting opportunity to drive impactful digital transformation within a global MedTech leader.

• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce platform enhancements.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Lead architectural discussions to ensure scalable and high-performing solutions.
• Provide technical expertise and support for system integrations and business processes.
• Troubleshoot issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions.

You

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce platform implementation, with strong functional and technical expertise.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, App Builder, or Platform Developer are highly desirable.
• Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (Experience Cloud, CPQ, and CLM would be a plus).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
