The Role
As a Senior Research Manager, you will play a key role in designing and executing research projects that inform strategic decision-making. You’ll work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver actionable insights across a variety of projects, from behaviour change research to large-scale data analysis.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead and manage research projects, ensuring the highest quality of insight delivery.
- Design and execute mixed-methods studies
- Use advanced data techniques, including segmentation and predictive analytics, to uncover key trends.
- Work with internal teams and clients to translate research into impactful recommendations.
- Contribute to thought leadership and innovation within the insights team.
You
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented researcher who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll have a strong foundation in both qualitative and quantitative research, with an interest in data science techniques and how they can enhance research insights.
- Proven experience in leading research projects, ideally in a consultancy or agency setting
- Experience with both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
- Interest in data science and familiarity with tools such as Python, R, or SQL (desirable).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights in a clear and compelling way.
