The Role

As a Senior Research Consultant, you’ll be a key part of the research team, supporting the delivery of high-quality qualitative research projects that drive real impact in the healthcare sector. You’ll work closely with senior team members to execute research, analyse insights, and communicate findings in a compelling way.

• Conduct semi-structured interviews and facilitated discussions with industry experts
• Analyse and synthesise qualitative data to uncover key industry trends and insights
• Work on patient and HCP research, supporting an area of future growth
• Communicate research findings with clarity and creativity—They don’t do dry reports
• Support with research design and methodology, bringing fresh thinking to projects
• Collaborate with senior colleagues on proposals and client presentations

You

We’re looking for a self-starter—someone who thrives in ambiguity, takes the initiative, and isn’t afraid to bring new ideas to the table.

• 3+ years of qualitative research experience— (Qual and Quant is a bonus)
• Strong sector experience – Healthcare / Pharma
• A natural communicator who can engage with senior stakeholders and write with flair
• A strong foundation in research methodologies with a passion for delivering impactful insights
• Experience in facilitation and qualitative research methods—workshops, discussions, interviews
• Curious and entrepreneurial mindset—keen to explore new approaches and ideas
• Passion for healthcare, life sciences, and emerging trends
