The Role

• Responsible for leading your client, regular updates, anticipating client needs, taking briefs, managing expectations.
• Leading a dedicated, supportive team.
• Creating strategy, that is clear and concise, with the clients’ priorities at the forefront.
• Leading on assigned accounts, creating content, managing timelines and flow of work as well as budgets, ensuring the project is on track and dealing with any updates.
• Supporting the clients with their budget and looking after the financial health of each project.
• Being able to identify any growth opportunities, upselling to clients, ensuring to add value to any project.
• Leading the team in a positive manner, ensuring there is always a high level of professionalism and work ethic is upheld.
• Always contribute to the culture and company strategy and growth.

• Degree educated
• Must be very strategic and commercially minded.
• Must be confident in presenting and able to influence clients.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be a great problem solver and solutions-based character.
• Must be confident and genuinely care.
• Thorough knowledge of pharma regulations.
• Excellent client management skills.
