Senior Engineering Manager – Grand Est Area, France – Medical Device Manufacturer - Attractive package including base salary, bonus and benefits

Carrot Recruitment has partnered with a leading medical device manufacturer to find an accomplished Sr. Engineering Manager. The Role

This is a Senior Engineering Manager position, part of the plant leadership team at a key facility located in the Grand Est region. You will coordinate the activities of the full department.

• You’ll establish the strategic engineering plan for the site in collaboration with the plant leadership team.
• You’ll develop the annual operational engineering plan for the site and ensure its implementation.
• Develop new products and improve or create new manufacturing processes in collaboration with customers.

You

You will have previously worked as an Engineering Manager, or in a similar role.

• Engineering background (able to understand the design of the product and technical aspects of the job).
• Proven leadership skills (able to lead, develop and manage the team).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills (will be in direct line with the customer).
• 10+ years’ experience working in the medical device industry, or in a highly regulated environment.
