Senior Account Manager (Creative Marketing) – London Hybrid – Global Healthcare Communications Agency – Up to £50K with great benefits and career progression opportunity

The Role

  • You’ll be joining the growing creative marketing team working on Global and European accounts / campaigns
  • Acting as a trusted advisor, taking a consultative approach with clients and colleagues
  • Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues, working collaboratively to ensure delivery of campaigns and projects
  • Understanding the needs of clients, making recommendations and providing solutions to potential challenges – using excellent insight and forward planning to keep project delivery on track
  • Adopting a commercial approach to optimise and leverage client relationships, ensuring retention and incremental growth of your accounts
  • Mentoring and developing more junior members of your team – showing dedication to the development of others as well as yourself

You

  • Will bring at least 3 years’ experience from a healthcare advertising, marketing or communications agency – with at least 6 months as an Account Manager
  • Must be able to think creatively and practically, bring innovative ideas to campaigns
  • Are highly organised, confident and a strong communicator – someone with a “can do” mindset who strives to deliver
  • Proven ability to retain and grow key accounts – able to demonstrate a dedicated and commercial approach to relationship management
  • Will be someone who has a good understanding of healthcare marketing and the creative, strategic and end-to-end project workflow process
  • Have a passion for healthcare communications and enjoy contributing to work that can change lives and have a positive impact
