This full-service healthcare communications agency is seeking a Senior Account Manager to join their creative, driven and successful healthcare advertising team. Collaborating with internal and external teams you will be a dynamic, determined, and positive influence in the agency.

The Role

As a Senior Account Manager, you will be a key player, working closely with the client services and studio team to ensure projects run smoothly and on time:

  • Be a driving force, building strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted partner and understanding their needs.
  • Working closely and collaboratively with internal teams to execute a seamless programme.
  • Managing timelines and budgets, updating client regularly on any changes.
  • Keeping up to date with any industry news that might impact a campaign, using knowledge to advise and guide.
  • Look at budgets and finance with support of senior team.
  • Embracing change, problems and delays with positivity and resilience to find a solution!

 

You

To be successful for this Senior Account Manager role, you must be established at this level already with healthcare communications experience.

  • At least 6 months experience at Senior Account Manager level within healthcare communications.
  • Solid knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and HCP needs.
  • Confident in executing multi-channel campaigns which include digital, congress activities and print.
  • You must have a real passion for healthcare and the want to have an impact for the better on patients’ lives.
  • You must be a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills coupled with excellent organisational skills.
  • A determined, calm, and resilient approach when the pressure is on.
