The Role
- As a Senior Account Manager, you will lead the day-to-day communications and smooth running of projects with clients.
- Develop and maintain strong and trusted relationships with all clients.
- Lead and ensure all projects are driven and delivered on time, on budget and in line with the clients’ strategy.
- Financial management of projects to include monitoring client budgets, reconciliations, forecasting and changes in scope.
- Leading on proposal development.
- Ongoing management and co-ordination of the projects both with your clients and colleagues.
- Working cross functionally with the creative, designers, writers to produce engaging creative projects.
- You’ll be line managing and mentoring the junior team in a positive, supportive manner.
You
- As an experienced Account Manager or Senior Account Manager from Healthcare Advertising or Communications - You will bring a solid foundation of client management with at least 3 years’ experience working in a healthcare agency.
- Will have proven experience with developing and leading client relationships.
- Have a life science degree.
- Will be experienced in managing multiple projects at the same time. Including planning and delivery.
- Are a confident individual with excellent communication skills, able to present to clients and stakeholders over Teams or in person.
- Need to be highly organised and enthusiastic, someone who loves working in a fast-paced environment.
