Senior Account Executive – Global Healthcare Communications Agency – Central London / Remote– c£30K - £40k + Benefits

This full-service healthcare communications agency is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join their creative, driven and successful medical education team. Collaborating with internal and external teams you will be a dynamic, determined, and positive influence in the agency.

The Role

As a Senior Account Executive you will work closely with the client services and studio team to ensure projects run smoothly and on time:

• The management and decision-making responsibilities for a variety of projects with guidance from the senior team.

• Being the day-to-day contact for clients and KOLs.

• Working closely and delegating to junior teams’ members.

• Look at budgets and finance with support of senior team.

• Embracing change, problems and delays with positivity and resilience to find a solution!

You

To be successful for this Senior Account Executive role, you will bring a solid foundation of medical communication/education experience.

• 9- 12 months’ experience in account/project management

• Previous healthcare/medical communications experience and an understanding of agency work

• Excellent communication skills, emotional intelligence, and ability to build strong internal and external relationships.

• An ability to multi-task and oversee multiple projects with conflicting demands and deadlines

• A determined, calm, and resilient approach when the pressure is on
