Known for their commitment to innovation, data-driven methodologies, and a collaborative culture, they offer an exciting opportunity for professionals seeking to make a real impact.

  • Overseeing major tracking programmes across multiple therapy areas, ensuring high-quality outputs and strategic alignment.
  • Managing client relationships, acting as a key liaison to ensure programmes remain on track and within scope.
  • Coordinating resources across research, analytics, and operations teams to drive efficiency and innovation.
  • Delivering training and mentorship to project teams, fostering best practices and enhancing capabilities.
  • Driving continuous improvement through the integration of AI and automation in research processes.

You

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • Extensive experience in primary quantitative research within the healthcare sector.
  • A proven track record in leading large-scale tracking or syndicated research programmes.
  • Strong client management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Expertise in long-term planning, dashboard deliverables, and data-driven insights.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to collaborate across global teams.
