Quality Assurance Manager – Medical Devices: Global Medtech – Karlsruhe Region, Excellent Package with Company Car.

The Company:

Carrot Recruitment is partnered with a leading medical technology company seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to oversee quality control and engineering at two sites. This role ensures compliance with regulatory standards, drives continuous improvement and maintains production quality. It involves collaboration with various internal teams, suppliers, and sister plants. The position offers flexibility and comes with a competitive salary. 

**NOTE: You must be living in Germany, and must speak German fluently. No sponsorship/visa provided**

The role

Leadership:

• Manage and mentor quality teams across two production locations.
• Promote quality excellence and continuous improvement.

 Quality Assurance:

• Ensure product compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Manage quality documentation, regulatory submissions, and process controls.
• Conduct root cause analysis and oversee corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
• Oversee test method validation, statistical analysis, and process validations.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with R&D, production, and supply chain teams.
• Communicate quality initiatives and indicators to management.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and manage supplier quality.

You: 

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or similar.
• Familiarity with ISO 13485, FDA regulations, and quality audits.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Over 7 years of experience in quality roles within medical devices or similar fields.
• Fluent in German and English; international travel readiness.
• Proficient in MS Office, databases, and statistical software.
