Production Manager – North West UK – Industry Leading Medical Device Company

The Company

The Role

• Leading manufacturing operations.

• Be a contributing member of the manufacturing sits senior leadership team.

• Co-ordinating and developing operational vision for manufacturing.

• Achieve excellent customer service.

• Ensure accurate quality, production planning, supply issue resolution and more.

• Adhering to manufacturing schedule.

• Coach and mentor all employees within manufacturing division.

You

• Bachelors/Masters Degree Qualified – or equivalent

• 5+ years – Operational/Manufacturing Experience

• Strong & inventive leader

• Fluency in both verbal and written English

• Preferred knowledge in Lean Methodologies (Green or Black Belt)

• Preferred experience in Project Management
