Product specialist – Clinical Medical Devices – London, Hampshire & Surrey.

The Role

The Product Specialist will be responsible for driving the adoption and utilisation of our client’s specialist clinical products within the NHS, hospitals, and community healthcare settings. The successful candidate will build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including key opinion leaders, to ensure the effective use of this diverse product range in clinical settings.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including NHS representatives, hospital administrators, and community healthcare providers.
  • Identify and engage with key opinion leaders to promote product advocacy and endorsements.
  • Achieve sales targets and market penetration goals within the designated territory.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase market share and product adoption.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Provide ongoing support to healthcare professionals, addressing any product-related queries or issues.

You

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in medical device sales or a related healthcare field.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel within South London, Surrey, and Hampshire as required.
  • Experience working with the NHS and knowledge of the UK healthcare system.
  • Familiarity with clinical workflows and medical device regulatory requirements.
