The Role
Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to) the following;
- Responsible for creating and generating innovative designs for all new company products
- Developing internal design management systems for continuous improvement
- Management and preparation of design history files to meet ISO 13485 compliance
- Creation of high quality CAD models and 2D detailed technical drawings to industry standard
- Research and investigate user needs and target market for new products during initial project phases.
- Produce innovative conceptual designs using sketch work and Computer Aided design.
You
Ideally, you will have experience in the following;
- Product Design Engineering experience within medical devices
- CAD experience – ideally Solidworks 3D but other software will also be considered
- Experience/knowledge of Plastic Injection Moulding
- ISO13485 knowledge
- Degree educated in relevant subject
