The Role
We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Project Manager to join the Patient Search & Engagement team. In this role, you will work closely with the Patient Engagement Director to manage and deliver projects that connect patients with groundbreaking healthcare research. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at multitasking, and is passionate about making a tangible impact in healthcare.
Key Responsibilities:
- Co-lead patient engagement projects, ensuring they meet client goals and expectations.
- Serve as the primary client contact, fostering strong relationships and maintaining clear, timely communication.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget.
- Coordinate internal teams and external vendors for smooth project execution.
- Provide regular project updates, reports, and insights to clients.
- Identify risks and challenges, collaborating with the Patient Engagement Director to implement effective solutions.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure all deliverables meet quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, data protection, and adverse event reporting requirements.
You
This position would be a great match for a Project Manager who has at least a year of experience working in healthcare market research fieldwork, particularly in patient recruitment and engagement.
Candidates must also be able to demonstrate:
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-oriented under pressure.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Understanding of legal, ethical, data protection, and adverse event reporting guidelines.
