The Role

This Operations Support role will see you be at the heart of ensuring smooth and efficient fieldwork delivery by building strong relationships with suppliers and vendors and coordinating their contributions to projects. You’ll also play a key role in managing compliance and auditing requirements, ensuring all processes align with industry regulations. Additionally, you’ll oversee aspects of pharmacovigilance, safeguarding the ethical and accurate handling of adverse event reporting within our research activities.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a solid understanding of fieldwork services, operational processes, and compliance in the healthcare market research field. We’re seeking a proactive team player with excellent organisational skills, who can juggle multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of detail.

You

• Excellent time management and attention to detail is essential for you to operate effectively in this role
• Ideally candidate will have a strong understanding of the UK Fieldwork industry and process, with a strong network of UK based vendors and suppliers
• Prior experience of conducting client audits and operating within compliance regulations is important, to enable the postholder to be effective from day 1.
• Individuals with operational support and Project Management experience are desired.
