The Role
This Operations Manager role will see you be at the heart of ensuring smooth and efficient fieldwork delivery by building strong relationships with suppliers and vendors and coordinating their contributions to projects. You’ll also build towards playing a key role in managing compliance and auditing requirements, ensuring all processes align with industry regulations.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a solid understanding of fieldwork services, operational processes, and compliance in the healthcare market research field. We’re seeking a proactive team player with excellent organisational skills, who can juggle multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of detail.
You
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in operations or fieldwork management within a pharmaceutical insights agency
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage complex workflows and competing deadlines
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience liaising with suppliers, research teams, and clients
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with pharmacovigilance and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Adobe Acrobat
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset, capable of working both independently and collaboratively
- A strategic approach to optimising operational processes and ensuring research efficiency
