Operations Manager – Healthcare Consultancy – Cheshire – Up to £50,000 DOE

Our client are experts at collecting, analysing real world data and evidence, in order to deliver compelling, actionable insights to a host of global pharmaceutical clients. With over 20 years’ experience and over 200 dedicated professional workforce, their offering is of the highest calibre.
The Role
Due to a period of continued growth, our client is now looking to welcome operational support to ensure they can continue to provide exceptional research services.
- Supporting teams with the operational management of observational research studies including:
- Data management administration
- Managing liaison between internal teams and research partners
- Ensuring accurate recording of study documentation and compliance, with regulatory guidelines followed
- Taking an active role in the adherence to policies across the team by overseeing and supporting internal study reviews
- Engagement in the continuous improvement of internal procedures to promote efficient ways of working and best practice.
You
We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate the following qualities:
- Experience in Operational or Project management within a research environment
- Experience in non-interventional data management, within a pharmaceutical setting is desirable.
- Prior knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry is also desirable
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills
- The ability to communicate with internal teams effectively, identifying gaps in procedures and providing support where necessary.
- Excellent attention to detail
