Operations/Project Manager - London – Leading Market Research Agency – Up to £35,000

The Company

The Role

For this role you will be responsible for:

Fieldwork:

• Understand project goals and manage international suppliers
• Onboard, network with, and track supplier performance
• Manage recruitment, translations, and project setup
• Problem-solve issues and ensure timely progress
• Control costs and seek savings opportunities

Compliance/Pharmacovigilance:

• Know client-specific PV requirements
• Ensure team and suppliers follow PV protocols
• Maintain up-to-date AE training

Audit Support:

• Assist with document gathering for audits
• Help meet CAPA deadlines

You

For this role, you will need:

• 3+ years as operations/fieldwork controller in pharma insights
• Excellent English and attention to detail
• Proficient in MS Office and Adobe Acrobat
• Quick learner and team player.
• Self-motivated with a passion for research, communication, and healthcare
