Meetings and Events Co-ordinator – Global Pharma Company – High Wycombe – Between £40-50k D.o.E

The Company

  • I’m working with a global pharma company that work within a broad range of therapy areas.
  • They are now looking for a Meetings and Event Co-ordinator to work in two different capacities within the business.

The Role

  • The first is working with the sales force in primary care to help contract HCPs to speak on their behalf.
  • They need someone who can manage this, and pickup the admin managing it through Veeva, especially since they’re doing lots more meetings in primary care.
  • The other half of the role is supporting marketing with national meetings.
  • This would be helping with symposia above just doing the stand so quite hands on while also helping to co-ordinate the reps and organise in full.

  • Someone who understands ABPI.
  • Well organised.
  • Great attention to detail.
