Main office hubs in Cheshire, Manchester and Oxfordshire with hybrid office / home working available.

The Role

• Set up and populate database with the scientific information, sending reminders, reviewing, link references.

• Track and internally communicate any changes in process.

• Provide support with internal trackers.

• Attending internal meetings

• Assist with guidance on logistics of meetings and purchasing and tracking of copyright permissions.

• With guidance, obtaining quotes from external suppliers.

• Learn the editorial process of briefing, information management, internal review, styling and editing.

• Learn key information sources.

• With guidance, perform desk research and assist in the development of content for scientific materials in relation to the brief.

• Attend training sessions, internal and external, to ensure development of core skills and competencies.

You

• You must have a life science degree.

• Must be keen to develop and learn.

• Good attention to detail.

• Good communication.
