The Role

Set up and populate database with the scientific information, sending reminders, reviewing, link references.

Track and internally communicate any changes in process.

Provide support with internal trackers.

Attending internal meetings

Assist with guidance on logistics of meetings and purchasing and tracking of copyright permissions.

With guidance, obtaining quotes from external suppliers.

Learn the editorial process of briefing, information management, internal review, styling and editing.

Learn key information sources.

With guidance, perform desk research and assist in the development of content for scientific materials in relation to the brief.

Attend training sessions, internal and external, to ensure development of core skills and competencies.
