The Role

To be the learning expert, driving innovation in learning, working with key stakeholders to achieve strategic business goals and deliver excellent learning & development initiatives and programmes.

• Proactively assess business needs and define tangible learning outcomes aligned with business strategy
• Ensure continuous learning environment and innovative training delivery
• Consult with stakeholders to identify training needs
• Conduct training needs analysis
• Deliver high quality training solutions with measurable results
• Drive engagement through learning platforms
• Innovate with new development tools and resources
• Forecast and manage training budget to maximise ROI
• Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, ABPI and company policies

You

• Will be educated to Bachelor’s degree level or equivalent
• Experience in facilitating and delivering learning programmes within a pharmaceutical/biotechnology company
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience in the development of learning strategies and TNA
