Lead Clinical Research Nurse - London – New CRO Facility– From £55,000 D.o.E + Bonus and Benefits

The Company

Carrot Recruitment are acting as a recruitment agency sourcing a Lead Clinical Research Nurse for a CRO conducting clinical research trials for a number of leading pharmaceutical companies and biotechs. Working in a new high spec facility with an established team the successful candidate will support the participation of clinical trial patients working 4 days out of 7 on a shift basis, with additional pay for Sunday working.

The Role

• People management and operational responsibilities
• Training of clinical research nurses and support staff within the site
• Monitoring of quality, and procedure in alignment with GCP ICH regulations and site SOPs
• Development of study delivery strategies
• Successful coordination of day to day clinical unit activities
• Stock management of study medication, emergency equipment and other essential trial supplies and consumables

You

• Extensive experience of working as a Clinical Research Nurse/ Senior Clinical Research nurse with clear responsibility of operational duties and people management
• In date and valid NMC pin, with nursing qualification
• Experience of working in a clinical trial environment and research facility
• Ability to take the lead and delegate tasks accordingly, manage staff levels and ensure compliance within the unit
• GCP certification
• Contribute to the team at a senior level
