Key Account Manager – Medical Devices Company – Northern Germany – up to €55,000 + 30% bonus + additional accelerators + car allowance

The Role
- Dynamic Sales Role: Responsible for rapidly developing business within a specialist medical device market, engaging with surgeons, physicians, procurement teams, and major university hospitals.
- Extensive Travel & Market Coverage: Covering Germany with additional opportunities in Switzerland, Belgium, Germany, Latvia, Poland and beyond; role likely requires 75% travel.
- Growth & Rewards: a €5K increase after probation, and strong potential for career progression as the company expands.
- Autonomy & Support: Reporting to the Senior Business Manager, the role offers independence in managing business development activities while being backed by a clinical support team.
You
- Industry Experience: Must have a background in medical devices, pharmaceuticals or a healthcare related field and strong sales experience.
- Language Skills: Must be fluent in German and English (French is a plus).
- Travel: Must be excited by the idea of European travel. Experience working in other European countries and having an understanding of their healthcare systems is a huge plus, but this is not essential
