Key Account Manager – European Pharma Company – Yorkshire – Competitive Salary + Great achievable bonus scheme

- They recruit experienced and successful Key Account Managers with impressive track records in true key account management who are driven and motivated to succeed.
The Role
As a Key Account Manager, you will focus on:
- Creating close working partnerships with healthcare professionals
- Prioritising sales and customer engagement activities
- Proactively seeking opportunities to address customer requirements and overcome and potential challenges such as capacity issues
- Working with a high degree of autonomy, working your territory as if it were your own business
- Growing market share in a competitive market
- Driving market access necessary to increase business on your territory
- Switching business from the competitor brand
You
- As a candidate you will already be a successful and self-motivated Key Account Manager or Hospital Specialist, with some KAM experience looking to move into a true KAM role
- The company is flexible on your therapy area experience, but you must be willing to learn a new specialist therapeutic area which involves a broad ranging network across the hospital
- Any experience and network in gastro or chronic inflammatory conditions is advantageous, but not required
- You will have excellent sales success brought about by being innovative and entrepreneurial in your approach
- You MUST have the ABPI
