Key Account Manager – North East & Scotland – Pharma/Med Devices – Respiratory – Up to £45k D.o.E + company car or car allowance + great bonus potential

The Company

  • My client is a small, innovative, family-run healthcare business which has operated in Respiratory for the last century, with innovative medical devices and pharmaceutical products.
  • Their aim is to deliver effective and innovative treatments to patients within the UK.
  • They are now recruiting for a Key Account Manager in North East England and Scotland (mainly central belt).

The Role

  • The role involves working across a respiratory portfolio within secondary care.
  • It will also involve gaining formulary inclusion and market access while working across the ICBs, healthboards, procurement, distributors, and wholesalers.
  • As a result, the requirement is for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset that can work in a commercial and strategic manner.
  • There is lots of autonomy to drive sales and make a success of your patch, lots of autonomy and a lovely, family feel, successful team and company to be a part of.

You

  • You might be a new graduate, a nurse or medical professional looking to move into sales, or a salesperson in another industry with a science degree, looking to break into healthcare sales.
  • You will be someone who shows passion and drive for results, you will be personable, hardworking and able to own the business.
  • You will have the ABPI or be prepared to take it in the first 2 years in role.
  • You will be a committed person, who wants to have a visible role in a small team where you can make a big impact quickly
