Junior Project Manager– Medical Communications Animation Agency – Central London -Hybrid - Great Benefits

This agency is a pioneer of the medical animation world. They also work within digital areas such as virtual reality, interactive experiences, augmented reality and booth installations. Working with big global pharmaceutical companies to small agencies, working directly with scientists as well as marketing teams.

The Role

As a Junior Project Manager role, you will be joining the Science and Project Management Team. Playing a crucial role, delivering projects and managing a range of creative, immersive and high-science projects.

  • Collaborating and communicating with a variety of departments, 3rd parties and teams.
  • Tracking of project workflows, steps, communication with clients.
  • Responsible for developing production timelines and leading on status calls.
  • Leading on internal calls, team briefs, and day to day communication with various teams.
  • Enquiry handling from clients/partners, building relationships, and background knowledge.
  • Providing updates for clients and internal teams, addressing any setbacks in the project.

You

To be successful for this Junior Project Manager, you should have a good experience working within a healthcare communications agency for at least 12 months.

  • You must already be working within a healthcare communications agency.
  • Must have a BSc and/or MSc with a desire to develop within medical communications.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise and organise workload.
  • Can manage difficult situations in a positive manner.
  • Ability to manage timelines between projects.
  • Clear communication, level-headed approach.
