An independent, well established medical communications agency that delivers bespoke strategic medical communications programmes are on the lookout for a Junior Account Manager to join their fantastic team. With a host of exciting therapy areas and projects in the pipeline, this is an exciting opportunity to join a truly culture-thriving agency that puts the employee first.
The Company
- Headcount of 20-25 with offices based in Oxford
- Exciting projects across Oncology, Rare Diseases, Women’s Health & Parkinsons to name a few

The Role
- Supporting a passionate, experienced client services team on delivering high quality deliverables
- Support junior account handlers on material development and mentorship
- Build strong relationships with clients, embracing the supportive and collaborative values of the agency
- Opportunity to work across a number of therapy areas, campaigns and projects of different nature
- The role is very well supported and take workload management seriously, work is always shared and supported by the team.
You
- 2-3 years medical communications experience, either as an experienced Senior Account Executive, Account Manager or Project Manager
- Great communications skills and able to lead client accounts
- BSc Science degree is preferable
