International Market Research Project Manager - Fully Remote - £30,000

The Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead the execution of international healthcare research projects. In this role, you will take full ownership of assigned qualitative and quantitative fieldwork studies, ensuring seamless coordination, timely delivery, and client satisfaction. You will work closely with both internal teams and external vendors, reporting directly to the International Fieldwork Director.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage international qualitative and quantitative healthcare fieldwork studies from start to finish.
  • Oversee the entire fieldwork process, from commissioning to final invoicing.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and support for multi-country projects.
  • Ensure projects meet deadlines and align with client expectations.
  • Commission and manage external vendors, contractors, and suppliers to support project execution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and operational departments to ensure project efficiency.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the International Fieldwork Director.

You

This position would be a great match for a Project Manager who has at least a year of experience working in market research fieldwork, particularly within pharmaceutical healthcare markets. Candidates must also be based in the UK.

Candidates must also be able to demonstrate:

  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-oriented under pressure.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Understanding of legal, ethical, data protection, and adverse event reporting guidelines
