Insights Manager – London or Hampshire – Up to £45K

The Role
- Take ownership of insights projects, managing everything from initial setup to final delivery.
- Conduct patient and caregiver interviews, gathering deep and meaningful insights into healthcare experiences.
- Design research materials, including discussion guides and surveys, to align with client objectives.
- Work closely with clients to ensure that insights are strategically valuable and effectively communicated.
- Oversee project timelines and budgets, ensuring smooth execution while maintaining ethical and regulatory compliance.
- Play a role in business growth, contributing ideas for new opportunities and supporting marketing efforts.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to refining internal research processes.
You
- A background in healthcare market research, with experience in both qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
- Skilled in conducting in-depth patient and caregiver interviews, particularly in sensitive healthcare areas.
- Strong project management abilities, able to balance multiple priorities efficiently.
- An understanding of industry guidelines (BHBIA and EphMRA).
- Confident in analysing data and presenting findings, translating insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Passionate about patient engagement and improving healthcare experiences through research.
- Adaptable and proactive, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
