Homecare and Pricing Manager - London Area – Successful Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Company – Hybrid Role

The Company

We are partnered with a global mid-size pharmaceutical company focussed on developing innovative medicines in multiple key therapeutic areas with over 4,000 employees worldwide.

The Role

This role focuses on optimizing homecare provider relationships, ensuring efficient product supply and delivery, and managing pricing strategies to drive business growth and profitability.

Supplier Management:

• Develop strong relationships with homecare providers

• Oversee logistics of patient supply

• Monitor and forecast product supply needs

• Facilitate communication between internal teams and suppliers

• Manage contract renewals and pricing negotiations with homecare providers

Pricing and Portfolio Management:

• Manage MSPC (medicines procurement and supply chain) for entire product portfolio

• Proactively manage customer accounts, quotas, and discounts

• Develop and implement commercial policies

You

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or healthcare management

• Several years of experience in pricing or supplier management, preferably in pharmaceuticals or homecare

• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills

• Proven negotiation and contract management expertise
