The Role
As the Head of Research, the successful candidate will become the go-to expert on trends shaping the life sciences sector. The Head of Research will lead the research team in developing original insights that tackle clients' challenges and inform strategic decisions.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading the research and insights team to deliver high-quality outputs.
- Conducting qualitative and quantitative research to develop comprehensive findings.
- Synthesizing and effectively communicating research insights to various stakeholders.
- Evolving research methods and practices to ensure consistent and effective results.
- Supporting the company’s strategy for original research in collaboration with directors and the broader team.
