The Company

• They work globally to support a range of Pharma, Biotech and Healthcare clients in developing innovative solutions to help bring their products to market

The Role

• Seek an experienced Lead in Evidence Synthesis to deliver high quality reports, reviews and other research products to support client needs
• Remit to develop and manage a world-class team of evidence synthesis analysts
• You’ll oversee design and implementation of research protocols, scoping, screening and quality appraisal of evidence for synthesis reports
• Collaboration with internal stakeholders is key as is the management of client relationships

You

• Experienced leader (people and technical) within evidence synthesis
• PhD level research experience in relevant field (life sciences)
• Strong expertise in evidence synthesis methodologies (advanced statistical methods, meta-analyses, network meta-analyses)
• Strong inter-personal skills, good listener, empathetic and can communicate effectively at different levels
