A global, mid-sized biopharmaceutical company focused on transformative medicines in Oncology, Rare Disease and Neuroscience are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as Global Real Estate Projects Trainee. Playing a crucial role in supporting the Global Real Estate Projects Director. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience and contribute to the growth and success.

The Role
- Play a crucial role in supporting the Global Real Estate Projects Director.
- Assist in coordinating with internal stakeholders. External vendors and contractors to aid timely and cost-effective project delivery.
- Supporting the Director to coordinate, submit and obtain approval of real estate business cases to secure accurate finding requirements.
- Supporting on managing regional project services framework contracts.
- Attending meetings with business stakeholders to provide major project updates and expertise.
- Prepare project documentation, including schedules, budgets and progress reports.
- Identifying risks and opportunities for synergies across regions and projects.
- Ensure global project data is shared for appropriate cleaning, storage, analysis and to enable central view of the data. .
You
- A degree or above in Business Administration, Project Management or related fields.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross functionally.
- Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Prior experience or coursework in project management or real estate is a plus.
