The Role

Leadership and strategic direction of commercial operations in the UK, focussing on solid tumours.

• Develop and implement business plans to drive market leadership
• Leadership across sales, marketing and market access
• Collaborate closely with EU leadership, market access and medical affairs teams
• Attract, develop and retain top talent

You

• A bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business administration, or a related field is required. An MBA or similar advanced degree is preferred.
• Significant leadership roles in the pharmaceutical industry in sales, marketing, and market access within the UK oncology market.
• Entrepreneurial spirit
• Proven successful team building and retention experience
