Engineering Lead – DACH – Well-Established Engineering Consultancy
The Company
- DACH-based, multi-disciplinary, life science EPCM company providing engineering consultancy services to Pharmaceutical, and Biotech clients.
The Role
- Overseeing the design, development, and implementation of engineering solutions to support various projects for chemical, pharmaceutical, and biotech clients.
- Lead and manage engineering projects from conception through to completion.
- Management of key stakeholder relationships both internally, and externally.
- Provide technical leadership, and management of the wider engineering team.
- Organise project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
You
- 12 – 15+ years’ of industry experience.
- Pharmaceutical or Chemical engineering background.
- Previous experience within Project Management or leadership, with particular advantage given to roles within EPCM companies.
- Proven track record within leadership and management positions.
- German and English speaking.
