The Company
Our client is a genuinely global marketing intelligence consultancy working in partnership with almost all the top pharma/biotech companies providing insight and strategic direction across a vast range of therapeutic areas.
They utilise big data and a variety of bespoke applications to make sense of complex healthcare data on diseases, treatments, costs, and outcomes to enable their clients to run operations more efficiently.
The Role
Our client is currently looking for an Engagement Manager to join one of their research consulting divisions based in London. Projects are focused on primary research data, typically multi-country, and are designed so that the research outputs can provide strategic input into the commercial effectiveness of the entire sales and marketing effort surrounding the launch and post-launch. Responsibilities include:
Project leadership – steering projects in the right way to ensure research solutions are accurate. Deliver impactful presentations and recommendations to clients
Driving account development and building on existing client relationships
Line management – providing guidance and mentoring a small team of analysts & senior analysts
Strategic Input – Drive improvements to methodologies and approaches
You
The successful applicant will have:
Significant healthcare-specific primary market research experience, ideally focusing on quantitative methodologies
The experience to build new and existing client relationships
The ability to provide consultative solutions and apply cutting edge techniques to solve clients problems
Strong analytical skills, highly numerate with real attention to detail
Strong interpersonal skills – a real team player
