The Role
- The Employee Relations Manager is responsible for providing advice and guidance to managers and employees on matters relating to employee relations and performance management.
- Such matters may include (but not limited too) managing underperformance, disciplinary proceedings, contract terminations, and investigations.
You
- You’ll have a proven track record in Human Resources (HR) specifically within Employee Relations
- Experienced in managing underperformance, disciplinary proceedings, contract terminations, investigations, and in employee-management relations consulting
- Fluent written and spoken English is essential
