Field Based, EMEA Diagnostic Lab Automation Expert – Germany or Austria – Industry Leading and Global Med Device Company
The Company
- An industry leading, global medical device company.
The Role
- You will the application specialist.
- Responsible for implementation of solutions and customer support across EMEA region.
- Deliver technical workshops and demonstrations, LIS/Workflow connectivity testing, customer training and much more.
- Work closely with Project Manager and Sales Team.
- Understand current and future company needs.
- Execution of workflow.
- Configure and test lab automation.
- Train customer staff and key users.
- Provide technical support – troubleshooting and resolving minor issues.
You
- BSc (MSc Preferred) in Life Science – Preferably Microbiology
- Strong experience within Microbiology
- Strong IT lab systems/architecture understanding and experience
- Lab Technician Experience/Background (3-5 years)
- Bacterial Identification Experience
- Fluent within Germany and English
- MUST be flexible and willing to travel 75% of the time in EMEA and GSA region.
