Field Based, EMEA Diagnostic Lab Automation Expert – Germany or Austria – Industry Leading and Global Med Device Company

The Company

• An industry leading, global medical device company.

The Role

• You will the application specialist.
• Responsible for implementation of solutions and customer support across EMEA region.
• Deliver technical workshops and demonstrations, LIS/Workflow connectivity testing, customer training and much more.
• Work closely with Project Manager and Sales Team.
• Understand current and future company needs.
• Execution of workflow.
• Configure and test lab automation.
• Train customer staff and key users.
• Provide technical support – troubleshooting and resolving minor issues.

You

• BSc (MSc Preferred) in Life Science – Preferably Microbiology
• Strong experience within Microbiology
• Strong IT lab systems/architecture understanding and experience
• Lab Technician Experience/Background (3-5 years)
• Bacterial Identification Experience
• Fluent within Germany and English
• MUST be flexible and willing to travel 75% of the time in EMEA and GSA region.
