About the Role:

As the Director of Client Engagement, you will be the senior point of contact for clients, providing strategic guidance and oversight on key projects. Your role will include:

• Leadership & Mentorship: Guiding project teams to ensure client objectives are met, and mentoring team members to develop their skills.
• Client Interaction: Engaging directly with clients to manage expectations, respond to queries, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Business Development: Identifying new business opportunities, leading proposal development, and building lasting client relationships.
• Innovation & Strategy: Contributing to the development of new service offerings and strategies and enhancing the external profile through publications and presentations.

What We're Looking For:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A strong scientific background: A degree in life sciences or health economics is essential.
• Experience: Over 5 years in a similar role, preferably within an agency or client environment.
• Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills. You should be capable of leading meetings, facilitating workshops, and producing high-quality, client-ready documents.
• Strategic Insight: A deep understanding of healthcare decision-making processes, including payer and regulatory perspectives, and the ability to navigate complex strategic or technical challenges.
