Data Analytics Lead – Europe – Medical Access and Distribution Company– Up to €80,000

The Role

Lead data-driven decision-making in a pharmaceutical powerhouse, leveraging advanced analytics and machine learning to shape strategic business moves.

  • Develop and implement cutting-edge data analytics and machine learning models to extract meaningful insights from complex healthcare datasets.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to optimise the use of data, including market trends, patient insights, and commercial performance.
  • Utilise advanced statistical programming techniques to enhance forecasting, predictive modeling, and business intelligence.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards while handling large-scale datasets with precision and accuracy.

You

Success in this role requires a strong analytical background paired with an entrepreneurial mindset. It’s an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in a fast-paced start-up environment who thrives on innovation and problem-solving. You will need:

  • Proven experience in data analytics, ideally within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences sector.
  • A strong background in handling healthcare datasets, including IQVIA, FDA, EMA, PubMed, and commercial pharma databases
  • Expertise in machine learning, statistical programming (Python, R, SAS), and analytical modeling.
  • Proficient in data visualisation and business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL).
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
