The Role
In this key role, you will support the business by providing advanced data analysis and developing insightful dashboards to inform strategic decisions. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure seamless data integration, improve business performance through detailed insights, and enhance forecasting processes. Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and delivering dashboards that provide key business insights and customer/market data analytics.
- Leading user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure business needs are accurately reflected in go-live analytics solutions.
- Managing the stock forecasting cycle, liaising with Business Insight Partners for accurate and timely forecasting through Futurcast.
- Maintaining data integrity by managing and updating the Futurcast system.
- Driving best practices in reporting, automation, and data visualization, ensuring documentation is always up to date.
- Collaborating with the EUCAN analytics team to ensure seamless local data integration.
You
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Data Analyst & Dashboard Developer with the following skills and experience:
- Strong analytical abilities, with experience supporting business programs through data collection, organization, and analysis.
- Expertise in managing large datasets, including NHS and IQVIA data.
- Proficient in data tools such as Tableau, SQL, Excel, PowerBI, and more.
- Technical knowledge in data models and coding (R, Python, JavaScript, XML) to complement data management processes.
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights for stakeholders.
- A collaborative team player with experience in the pharmaceutical sector, regulatory environments, and best practices (ABPI, PMPCA, IPHA).
- Demonstrated leadership in project management, with a high commitment to company values.
