Consultant – Strategic Consultancy – Surrey - £50 – 60K + Bonus

The Role

As a consultant, you will play a pivotal role in leading high-impact projects and shaping client strategies. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with leading pharma clients and contribute to their business growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading strategic projects across brand strategy, organizational improvement, and capability-building initiatives
  • Developing go-to-market strategies, brand positioning, and launch planning for top-tier pharma clients
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to improve operational processes and efficiency
  • Delivering training solutions and capability-building programs for clients' teams
  • Managing client accounts, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality outputs
  • Identifying opportunities for business growth and shaping the future direction of client projects
  • Supporting creative initiatives, such as patient portals and sales force training, in collaboration with the internal creative team

 

You

You are an experienced consultant who thrives in a fast-paced environment, ready to make a real impact.

Key qualifications include:

  • Experience in client management and project leadership, ideally in healthcare or pharmaceuticals
  • A strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage multiple client needs
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and lead projects from start to finish
  • Experience developing brand strategies, managing accounts, and driving business growth
  • Detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-player mindset
  • A passion for learning, growth, and making a meaningful impact on the business
