The Role
- Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to nurture strategic customer relationships and deliver exceptional service and account management.
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify and capitalize on key growth opportunities.
- Oversee a diverse portfolio of business development opportunities, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and effectively converting them into successful projects.
- Serve as the subject matter expert in the medical plastics team, aligning customer needs with the company’s advanced technical capabilities. This includes injection molding, liquid resin casting, advanced thermoforming, and additive manufacturing.
- Develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that align with company growth objectives, collaborating with marketing and sales teams to enhance product visibility and messaging.
- Lead the development and implementation of the COE strategy, driving operational excellence and expansion in alignment with broader business goals.
- Monitor competitors and potential acquisition targets that align with strategic objectives.
You
- 5+ years experience in the medical device contract manufacturing industry. Ideally in sales, marketing, or field engineering roles.
- Strong technical background with experience in thermoplastic injection molding.
- Adept at engaging and influencing key stakeholders at every level, including C-suite executives.
- Proven account management and project management experience.
- Have excellent organisational, communication, presentation, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Sales or a relevant field.
